Gurley LTCI was established in 2002 by Nicole Gurley and is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona. Cynthia DeGeorge opened the Prescott office in 2007. Together they serve all of Arizona. Gurley LTCI is licensed throughout the country and can assist clients wherever they reside.
